Legislative Committee

The Montgomery County School Directors Legislative Committee (MCSDLC) is a standing committee of the Intermediate Unit Board of Directors. The committee provides an intermediate unit-wide forum for review, analysis, and comment on state and federal legislation, judicial activity, and agency regulations affecting education in Montgomery County and across the Commonwealth. Resources for the committee are provided through the Intermediate Unit.

The MCSDLC membership consists of one school board member appointed by each of the sponsoring school boards in Montgomery County.

The meetings for 23-24 will be held at 5:00 PM on the following dates:
