The MCIU Education Foundation is proud to announce the official launch of Leadership Montco, a dynamic executive leadership development program created to strengthen and connect professionals across Montgomery County.
Designed for executive and mid-level leaders from business, education, government, and nonprofit sectors, Leadership Montco offers a nine-month immersive experience that blends professional growth, community impact, and meaningful networking. Participants will gain access to premier keynote speakers, site visits, personalized coaching, and over 75 hours of valuable leadership training. Upon completing the program, participants join an exclusive alumni network—extending their leadership journey through continued development and lasting connections. The program is intended for established leaders who are at least 30 years of age.
More than just executive development, Leadership Montco is committed to shaping the future of leadership in Montgomery County. In partnership with local school districts, the program features a student leadership component designed to foster self-awareness, advocacy, and innovation. Through events such as Voices For Education and Dreaming Forward, students will engage with peers, educators, professionals, and legislators to grow their leadership potential.
Leadership Montco also offers sponsorship opportunities for organizations looking to elevate their brand by investing in the region’s leadership pipeline. Sponsorship tiers include Leadership Partner ($5,000), Legacy Leader ($7,500), and Visionary Investor ($10,000), each offering distinct visibility and engagement benefits.
