Montgomery County School Directors Legislative Committee
The Montgomery County School Directors Legislative Committee (MCSDLC) is a standing committee of the Intermediate Unit Board of Directors. The committee provides an intermediate unit-wide forum for review, analysis, and comment on state and federal legislation, judicial activity, and agency regulations affecting education in Montgomery County and across the Commonwealth. Resources for the committee are provided through the Intermediate Unit.
The MCSDLC membership consists of one school board member appointed by each of the sponsoring school boards in Montgomery County. The group meets once a month.

Superintendent’s Legislative Committee
The Superintendent’s Legislative Committee meets regularly to review, analyze and advocate legislation that impacts public schools. Membership is made up of Superintendents of the Montgomery County school districts.
